TRUSTED TEAM
Our automated high power laser cutter quickly and precisely cuts sheet Steel, Stainless and Aluminium, even adjusting to minor height variations in the material. Our experienced team uses the right gas for each job to keep the cuts clean and we hold stock of standard materials from reputable UK suppliers to be able to complete jobs quickly – even same day if required.
- Our CNC press brake allows us to repeatably fold metalwork to precise angles every time.
- Welding, addition of holes, studs, fixings, tapping, sanding and polishing are done in house by our experienced team.
- We have trusted nearby suppliers for mirror polishing, zinc plating, alochroming, anodising, painting including powder coating, etching, engraving and marking, chemical blacking.
- We routinely keep and back up records of all our work which means we can build repeat orders even if you can't find the documentation.
MATERIALS
- Steel – We can cut and fold mild steel up to 15mm thick and have great relationships with our suppliers so unusual sizes or materials are never far away.
- Stainless – We can cut and fold stainless steel up to 10mm thick
- Aluminium – We can cut and fold aluminium up to 10mm thick
- Unusual – We can also cut acrylic, checkerplate, mirror finish materials and have great relationships with our suppliers so unusual sizes or materials are never far away.
